This 6-week workshop is designed for Lightworkers and anyone who has the desire to transmute their ancestral patterns. Using creativity and our energy as a group - we can create change - not only for ourselves—but for our families and the collective.

2-hour workshop - 1x a week for 4 weeks.
This workshop is an experience of becoming a Master of your dreams.
In just four weeks - you will learn tips and tools to guide you towards a greater understanding of your dreams as well as expanding your intuition by working with other people’s dreams.
I limit the group to no more than 6 people. I always trust the people who show up have been orchestrated by our higher selves. It is a safely held space to share images from dreams that are coming up.
You only have to share as little or as much as you feel comfortable sharing.
I teach some creative techniques and tools to working with images and your dreams.
Dreams relay information to us from our unconscious self. Our bodies and our creativity also hold information from our unconscious self and are able to speak the dream’s language. Combining all three can be very insightful - expanding beyond the limited insights from our minds.
Dreams also want to be witnessed and this process can be very healing to the group. Holding space and witnessing a part of a dream or a full dream for someone is a very powerful and insightful experience for the dreamer as well as for yourself as a witness.
Dreams also tap into the collective unconscious - the place where we all share archetypal images. Collaborating in a dream group gives us access to these archetypal images, opens up a higher perspective and allows a collective shared experience.
Most importantly - when dreams want our attention they let us know. It’s like a phone call from the Universe. This workshop answers that call.

Through dance and movement ~ we will dive deeper into our bodies to uncover unconscious blocks and/or beliefs. This is led in a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere.
Expect to come away with insights about the narrative of your life, more trust in your body, and greater access to your own intuitive wisdom.
Bring a journal, water, and clothes you can move in. Feel free to go barefoot, or wear light tennis shoes, dance shoes, or socks.

This workshop gently eases you into your body through dance and movement. Once we have dropped into our bodies, we will identify and explore the gestures that emerge from the collective group, and ultimately create an expressive dance told from the myths and stories in the room. Participants will have time to reflect and share about their experiences, including allowing their bodies to tell their own stories. Expect to come away with new insights about the narrative of your life, information about subconscious and unexpressed feelings and greater access to self-expression your intuitive intelligence.
All levels of dance/movement welcome.
