In this sacred Dream Mastery Workshop you will learn ancient wisdom practices to work with your dreams as well as creative techniques to expand and connect to your dreams.
The first section consists of learning about dreams—the different types of dreams, understanding archetypes and symbols, and how we can use our bodies to connect to our dreams.
In the bonus session—I will take you into the dream space and we will work a few dreams together. Safely, mindfully, and respectfully exploring the dream space can be hugely insightful. Through this profound shared experience—there emerges a deeper understanding of dreams, symbology, energy, and our connection to the collective unconscious.
